- Winter: $800 month (January, February, March, April, November and December)
Cottage Rates
- Peak Season: $1995 week (July and August)
- Off Season: $1395 week (May, June, September and October)
- Winter: $995 month (January, February, March, April, November and December)
Policies
- Deposit: $400
- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Your deposit is refunded provided we can rent your week(s) to another party.
- Payment Options: Balance is due three months prior to your date of arrival.
